1. About iFixKart

iFixKart operates an online storefront for certified refurbished electronics, OEM spare parts, accessories, device exchange, buyback, and booked repair services. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean iFixKart. References to “you” mean the customer using the site.

Some listings or fulfilment steps may involve partner workshops or courier partners. Unless we clearly say otherwise, those partners are responsible for the part of the job they perform.

2. Permitted use

You may browse, create an account, place orders, and book repairs only for lawful personal or business use. You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially republish our catalogue, prices, images, or software without written permission.

You agree to follow applicable Indian laws while using the site, and not to interfere with other customers or with the security of the platform.

3. Copyright and trademarks

Site content — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by iFixKart or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Product and brand names of third parties (Apple, Samsung, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

You may not use our name, logos, or marks without prior written consent.

4. Accounts, passwords, and age

To place orders or book repairs you may need an account. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate details, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used your login. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is unauthorised use or a breach of these terms.

An account with no activity for 180 days may be marked inactive.

5. Orders, payments, and delivery

An order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email or SMS. Prices, stock, and offers can change until checkout is completed.

Pay using the methods shown at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, or other listed options). Split payments across methods are not supported unless we say so on the product page.

Refurbished device orders are usually delivered by courier to the address you provide. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Refurbished products and warranty

Refurbished phones and gadgets are tested before listing. Cosmetic signs of use may remain. Functional defects that fail our checklist are repaired or the unit is not sold.

Warranty cover, if any, is stated on the product page (typically a limited period for smartphones). To claim warranty, keep your invoice and contact support within the stated window. Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

7. Repair services

Repair bookings are confirmed after slot selection and any required advance payment. Remaining charges are due after the job is completed and you have checked the device, unless otherwise agreed.

Spare parts used in repair carry the warranty described at booking. Data on your device remains your responsibility; please back up before service. On-site jobs are done in your presence whenever practical.

8. Cancellations, returns, and exchange

You may cancel an undelivered order as allowed at checkout or in your account. Once dispatched, courier and restocking rules on the product page apply.

Unused accessories in original packing may be returned within the window shown at checkout. Opened or used items are accepted only if defective, unless a listing says otherwise.

Device exchange and buyback quotes are estimates until physical inspection. If the condition differs from what you declared, we may revise the value. You may accept the revised value or decline that part of the transaction as per the policy shown at checkout.

9. Warranty exclusions and limitation of liability

We aim to describe products and services accurately. If a paid service does not substantially match its description, your exclusive remedy is that we will re-perform the service or refund the amount you paid to iFixKart for that service, at our option.

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits or business). Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order or booking.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify iFixKart and its team against claims arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights through your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer forum at your place of residence applies.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page. Please review it periodically.
