What you can return

Unused accessories and spare parts in original, unopened packing can be returned within the period printed on your invoice or checkout page.

Refurbished phones are returnable if they are dead on arrival, do not match the listing, or fail a covered function during the DOA window. Cosmetic signs of use that were disclosed on the product page are not a reason to return.

Keep the invoice, original box, cables, and any warranty card. Missing items can reduce or cancel the refund.

What cannot be returned

Opened or used accessories, unless they are defective.

Phones with physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs after delivery.

Products bought on a non-returnable offer, if that was clearly shown at checkout.

Repair labour and parts once work has started, except where the booking terms allow a refund of unused advance.

How to start a return

Email returns@ifixkart.com or use Contact Us with your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue. Photos or a 20-second video help us approve pickup faster.

If the request is approved, we schedule a courier pickup or ask you to drop the item at a service center. Do not send the product back without an approval ID.

You can also raise a request from your account orders page when that option is shown.

Pickup and inspection

Pack the product as it arrived, with all accessories. Our team or courier will collect it from the delivery address.

We inspect the item against the listing and your report. If the condition matches, we process a refund or replacement. If it does not, we will explain and may return the product to you.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. UPI and wallets are usually faster. Card refunds can take 5–10 working days after we trigger them.

Replacement is offered instead of a refund when the same model is in stock and you prefer a working unit.

Warranty claims

Refurbished smartphones typically include a 6-month iFixKart warranty. Email returns@ifixkart.com within the warranty period with the invoice and a description of the fault.

Covered faults are repaired or the unit is replaced. Physical damage, liquid damage, and third-party repairs are not covered.

Warranty is separate from the short DOA return window. A working phone that you no longer want after the DOA period is not eligible for a refund under warranty.

Repair bookings

You may cancel a repair and get the online advance back if work has not started. After inspection or repair has begun, charges follow the quote you approved.

Replaced parts carry the spare-part warranty described at booking, usually 6 months for screens and batteries.
